Hourly Rental Rate is $75.00 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours.
A signed contract is required to reserve event space.
A/V equipment is available for additional rental.
Delurk is a tobacco-free environment.
Renter must adhere to all guidelines set forth by the gallery.
Any and all damages to the artwork that occur during the set-up, the actual event and/or the break down of the event are the sole responsibility of the renter.
All food including trash must be removed from gallery immediately following the event.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted outside of the Gallery Interior.
Delurk assumes no responsibility for obtaining any permits that may be required by law.
Work left after 45 days shall become the property of the gallery and may be included in fundraising activities as an offering in a silent auction.
A refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required for all rentals and will be held until gallery is restored.
Gallery must be restored to current exhibit configuration by 10AM the day after the event.
What to Bring
Any plates, cups, serving ware, napkins, tablecloths needed are the responsibility of the Renter.
Trash bags.
The gallery may have a trashcan available for event related trash, please, confirm availability and condition; you might wish to cover the outside of the trash container for aesthetic reasons depending on the nature of your event.
If you are bringing beverages you will need to bring your own ice and coolers.
Delurk has no kitchen, but we do have a kitchen size double sink. please bring any cleaning supplies you think you may need.
Delurk has some tables, chairs and gallery benches available for use. Please, confirm quantity available prior to the event.
Art Supplies including easels and drop cloths if your event includes live art making.
A PA system and microphone if you think you might need one.
An MP3 player with a standard 1/8" headphone jack if you have arranged to use the gallery speakers.
