Delurk’s September exhibition features “Snack Attack”, a series of paintings by Asheville artist, Allison Fawcett and “Lemons and Learning” a collection of work by Delurk's own, Molly Grace.

Select works from Delurk Collective artists are also available through September 28th.

Molly Grace

Lemons and Learning is an all new body of work reflecting Molly's admiration for lone women and her appreciation of the lemon as a complicated fruit; "It is incredibly bitter; it's medicinal; it's used for cleaning; it's a tonic, and it makes food taste amazing." Molly likes "the idea of women wrestling with this." for more about Molly check out her member page under the Collective Artists tab to the left.

Allison Fawcett

Charlotte is her hometown, but Allison has maintained a studio in Asheville, NC since earning her BFA from UNC Asheville in December 2013. The six works selected are from the Collection Snack Attack: Comical Paintings Exposing the Hidden Deceptions of the Food Industry.
